A member asked:

Can you tell me how to lower high liver enzymes?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends on cause: Alcohol intake is a common cause or elevated liver enzymes. If you drink, stop entirely. Other common causes are viral hepatitis, side effects of drugs and heart failure. It is not an issue for self diagnosis or self treatment. Please consult your doctor.
