Diet & exercise: The answer is complex: multiple avenues should be pursued. 1) Weight management, get your body mass index in the 20-25 range. 2) Proper diet, with low fat diet, max dietary fat less then 30% of calories ingested, and saturated fats, less then 7% of calories and avoid trans fats, 3) exercise. Burn in the range of 1000 calories a week. Other things too but do those as a start, meds available too
