Eat Protein: Yo-Yo syndrome has to do with weight changes. Carbohydrates or starches like breads, buns, donuts, spaghetti are high glycemic foods. They stimulate a craving mechanism related to glucose, insulin, and cycling of glucose in the body. Change to more protein like meats, beans, eggs and less carbohydrates. This will help stop the sugar cravings and glucose cycling in the body.
