Bone pain: the two most common forms of bone cancer are osteogenic Sarcoma of bone and Chondrosarcoma. In the latter case there is frequently an exophytic bone lesion. In the former, osteogenic sarcoma produces a lytic lesion of the bone in relatively young patients which cause pain due to an expanding lesion and fracture due to thinning of cortex of the bone.
