Smoke: Cancer:lung, tongue, oral, throat, bladder, anal. Emphysema, hypertension , heart attack, stroke. Osteoporosis (male & female). Lung cancer kills more than cancer of colon, breast, prostate, ovary all together. Emphysema changes starts within 10 yr, cancer may take decades. Is a stealth killer. Stop now it is terrible to smoke.

Lots of damage: It damages the bronchial passages and lungs causing bronchitis and emphysema, reduces oxygen and increases carbon dioxide to our cells, causes a number of kinds of cancer (head and neck, lung, esophagus, stomach), reduces circulation to the extremities and increases the change of heart attacks and strokes. Women who smoke when pregnant have smaller, sicker babies. It takes only a few years to start.
