Konjac: Konjac can be used tomake shirataki noodles, rice & spaghetti. It comes from the potato family. it contains glucomannan which is a soluble fiber. Any food that is high in fiber might cause bloating, ^ gas, nausea, loose stools or abdominal discomfort.
