Some options of treating poison ivy include calamine lotion, oatmeal soaks, Hydrocortisone cream and antihistamines. Calamine and steroid: Use calamine to help dry and ease the itch early on and then switch to an over the counter steroid to help it when its dried. Go see a dermatologist if this isnt enough to control your symptoms.

Depends: Depends on extent. Benadryl, (diphenhydramine) washing off clothes and linen, local Hydrocortisone 1 % will help. Talk to pmd.
