No homeopathy cure: Homeopathy works by treating specific symptoms. It does not cure disease but can be very helpful with managing a wide range of symptoms. Even the same symptom, such as nausea, requires different medications depending the details. For example - nausea that feels better after vomiting is treated with one medication but nausea that feels better with fresh air is treated with another.
