14 month old son very sleepy low grade fever barely eating?

Get seen urgently: I recommend this child be seen urgently in a pediatric ER setting. I don't like the description of the mental status. Even if this were a low-grade viral infection of upper respiratory tract, ear, or G.I. the baby should still be irritable, cranky, and feeding. Pack an overnight bag and get to the ER would be my recommendation.
