Missed pills: Because OCP's are so low dose, missing pills leads to BTB quite often. Assuming that you continued your pills? If you did continue the pills, take one pill in order of the pill pack each day and start the new pill pack the day after the old pill pack is complete. If you stopped the pills and are currently bleeding, start the new pill pack now. You will need to use other protection for two weeks.
