Difference in drugs: Both Enalapril (e) and Lisinopril (l) are drugs in the ace-inhibitor class of anti-hypertensive agents and have similar actions, . They block the conversion of angiotensin (ang) 1 to ang 2. Both reduce proteinuria (p) and blood pressure. L can be taken once daily, while e is a twice a day drug. Both are good for renal protection due to their reducing p.
