Sometimes, ill get my period on the first week. next month, sometimes ill get it on the 2nd week or remains on the 1st week. is that normal?

Can be: Normal menses can be anywhere from 24 to 35 days apart. They should, however, be regular. Keep a calendar and if you notice your periods wander around this is called metrorrhagia and can be a symptom of hormonal imbalance.
