Probably normal: At your age it is probably a hormone imbalance. Maybe you had an abnormal or "weak" egg with your last ovulation that caused the lining of the uterus to bleed twice in a row. It could of course be other things, but if it happens only once and not again it was most likely a hormonal problem.
