Quite likely: Some blood on the toilet tissue after a bowel movement could be from a tear ( also known as "anal fissure") or from a hemorrhoid. Be sure to drink plenty of water to help soften your stool! Best wishes.

A mild tear: Usually when constipated and one has a firm stool, forcing the stool under such circumstances can easily cause minor damage to the mucosal lining of the anal canal resulting in a fissure or tear with the appearance of a small amount of blood.

Possibly: If you continue to notice blood you need to see your doctor for an exam to be sure.
