Home pregnancy test: You may do a home pregnancy test. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully. It is likely to be negative, given the information you provided. Your symptoms are more likely due to hormonal imbalance, which is not uncommon. See this site for more info. http://www.nichd.nih.gov/health/topics/menstruation/conditioninfo/Pages/causes.aspx

Relax and repeat.: Home pregnancy tests vary as to when a positive test will show. It measures HCG, the pregnancy hormone, which rises daily in early pregnancy. Repeat the test in a couple of days. If it is not positive and you still haven't gotten your period a blood test is available. Eat well and exercise. No smoking or alcohol. Good luck with the pregnancy.
