Bat allergies: Humans can develop an allergy to almost anything, if their immune systems are prone to doing so. Bats can be carriers of various diseases as well.

Humans can also be allergic to the molds that commonly grow in the shed stools of mammals and birds. So the answer is perhaps. Testing of either the blood or the skin for allergic sensitization can provide additional insight.
