Chicken pox scars: Chicken pox or varicella is a nasty viral infection that can leave unsightly scars. The body will try to 'remodel' a scar for a period up to about 2 years -- after that you are 'stuck' with what you have... unless of course a plastic surgeon comes to the rescue. These days there are a number of cosmetic procedures that may help - but of course will be costly, as these are 'elective' in nature.
