Redo the test: Please repeat the test using first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully. If it is positive, you are pregnant. You may wish to see your doctor for blood test and/or ultrasound examination.

I Doubt pregnancy: It can take weeks for the pregnancy hormone in your blood to drop to zero after you have an abortion. Its not instantaneous. Its likely that your pregnancy test is picking up the hormone from the aborted pregnancy. If you were in my office, I would get a quantitative blood pregnancy test and repeat it in 48 hours to see if it was falling or rising. A rising level might be a new pregnancy.
