Probably okay: If the swelling goes down and things return to normal it would probably just be important to be more careful next time. If the swelling doesn't get better, if it gets worse, or if you see the labia becoming darker you should seek immediate attention.

Cold compression: Cold compresses as well as antiinflammatory medications may help. Keep a close eye on he area to watch for tissue compromise or wounds which may require additional care. If it gets worse discuss with a physician.
