Could you tell if a person has hypopituitarism just by looking at them?

No: Hi. No, you can't tell hypopituitarism just by looking at the patient. There are a couple of pituitary hormone excesses you can tell just by looking at & examining a patient (Cushing's and acromegaly stand out, and you can get a pretty good clue for a prolactinoma). But that's not the case for hypopituitarism. You need an index of suspicion and to do the appropriate tests.

Hypopituitarism: Probably not but you must see your PCP about this. He/she would likely send you to an Endocrinologist and Neurosurgeon for evaluation. Do not delay.
