May help: A localized tumor can only be of benefit if it is radiosensitive. If so and there are vital organs adjacent to the tumor, pin point radiation in the form of IMRT is employed. If the lesion is somewhat smasller at about 6 cm. in size then cyberknife therapy can be useful.
