Yes: a mild to moderate discontinuation syndrome has been reported, usually with anxiety, craving for marijuana, insomnia and irritability, appetite changes. In most people it is very mild, really only occurs in heavy daily users, and is self-limited and usually is gone within a week or so.

Absolutely: There are several withdrawal symptoms that are associated with marijuana withdrawal. Most notably, irritability, mood labilty,tension ,and others. Lasts several days and depends on physiology and chronicity of use.
