Breast cysts: Yes, if there are many cysts and especially if some of the cysts are large. If you have not seen your doctor recently for this problem, please do. You should be evaluated with mammography to start to make sure that there are no other problems to increase the size of the breast. You may also need an ultrasound to confirm any mass or masses seen with mammography are cysts and not a solid mass.
