Can any docs elaborate on situations on why i should stop taking clindamycin?

Clinda reaction....: Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps, & diarrhea. Clearly, I would be concerned if you develop diarrhea on this medication. I will ask to check for C difficile infection. Although any drug can cause C diff, clindamycin is classically associated with C diff. An allergic reaction & developing an abnormal liver test while on the drug is obvious enough to stop taking it.
