Spots: This depends on what the spots are. Surgical removal, laser, etc can remove spots, but this all depends on what the diagnosis is.

Not without knowing: what the spots are. These lesions need to be visualized & a history needs to be obtained in order to make an accurate diagnosis. Sometimes lab testing or biopsy is necessary.
