Acne cream/cleanser: Just like with your face, a combination of an exfoliating cleanser and a benzoyl peroxide cream are the best place to start. Acne is very common on the upper back and chest, and is treated the same as on the face. For the arms, you can also add a lactic acid based cream (like Lac-hydrin) to help soften thick skin and decrease bumps.
