See a doctor: I recommend you to see a primary care doctor first or a dermatologist if you have a PPO type of insurance. It seems like it needs to be examined in person for an accurate diagnosis.

Rule out parotid: A lump behind the ear lobe is very commonly the region of the tail of the parotid gland. Have this checked by an ENT Doctor.
