Many reasons: If you think you are in labor then you should go to the hospital for evaluation. Many pregnant women experience stomach cramps and false labor contractions this far along in pregnancy.

Depends: Are you feeling contractions, cramping, bleeding? if you are not feeling the baby this would certainly be a concern. I would recommend going to your OB triage/Emergency department to have your urine, baby in the belly examined to determine the cause, subsequent treatment of your complaint. Good luck.
