No: Dysmenorrhea is just a word that means painful periods - it would not be possible (I can't imagine) to mistake painful periods for pregnancy. The doctors really should've taken a better history though. Good luck.

No: Dysmenorrhea just means cramps with your period and is a common problem. It can't be mistaken for the cramping associated with a growing uterus and pregancy.
