It can be serious.: The symptoms of an antihistamine overdose will qualify as an anticholinergic overdose. This can cause blurred vision, coma, decreased bowel sounds, delirium, dry skin, fever, flushing, hallucinations, ileus, memory loss, mydriasis (dilated pupils), psychosis, seizures, and urinary retention (inability to urinate). If you or anyone else has ingested this amount, they should see care immediately.
