Why?: Published adverse effects of Cetirizine overdose include confusion, diarrhea, dizziness, tiredness, headache, ailing, dilating (widening) of the pupil, itching, restlessness, sedation, somnolence, stupor, abnormal rapid heart rate, tremors and urinary retention. I suggest you seek medical help, mostly to help you deal with whatever caused you to take such an overdose.

It can be serious.: The symptoms of an antihistamine overdose will qualify as an anticholinergic overdose. This can cause blurred vision, coma, decreased bowel sounds, delirium, dry skin, fever, flushing, hallucinations, ileus, memory loss, mydriasis (dilated pupils), psychosis, seizures, and urinary retention (inability to urinate). If you or anyone else has ingested this amount, they should see care immediately.
