Ovulation Tests: Ovulation tests are not in any way reliable and in my honest opinion are not a wise use of your time. If yo are having regular menstrual cycles you are ovulating. You ovulate (and many women train themselves to feel the release of the egg) just shy of half way through your cycle, so probably day 12,13, or day fourteen. That means sperm left in the vagina Day 7 to 13 are when sperm cause pregnancy

Get pregnancy test.: Your possibility of being pregnant is smaller than the possibility of your being not pregnant since the ovulation test showed that you are not ovulating. I would suggest to you to get a pregnancy test if you miss your period.

Pregnant?: Wait until you have missed a period and then using a home pregnancy test kit check a first AM voided urine. These are usually very accurate. If uncertain, wait another 7-10 days and check again.
