Most likely: Z Pak (azithromycin) is one of the treatments offered for chlamydia. It is FIVE day course of antibiotics called Azithromycin. 500mg on day 1, followed by 250 mg for 4 additional days. As long as it was taken as prescribed, and your partner was also treated to avoid the risk of re-infection, it should be an adequate treatment. However, a "test of cure" to check to make sure that you're 100% cured is advised.
