Use EC: How many days since your LMP did the condom break? If it was within the past 5 days, you can use emergency contraception (EC) to reduce your risk of pregnancy. Plan B is OTC, but its less effective after 3 days and doesn't work if >175lbs. ELLA (ulipristal acetate) needs an RX, but works well up to 5 days, but not if you weigh >198lbs. A Copper IUD is effective EC within 5 days without weight limitations.
