Longstanding vaginal gischarge with foul smelling dispite of using topical antfungal and vaginal pessaries several times.its embarrasing alot?

Proper pelvic and speculum vaginal exam along with appropriate cultures of discharge should provide correct diagnosis. Likely not a yeast infection given your hx and prior antifungal use
