Cancer risk: Which is more dangerous, speeding in a car, running across a highway, driving drunk or after sleep deprivation, etc.? All have risks as does using anything that has nicotine. Smoking cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco, electronic cigarettes with nicotine, etc. Why take any risk when you don't have to? Risk increases with alcohol. Do whatever you can to break the habit as soon as possible

No difference: Overall, there is no real difference. E-Cigarettes deliver the nicotine to the user in a very similar fashion as a regular cigarette (hand and mouth movement). Nicorette (nicotine gum) gum users often return back to smoking because the users do not find the same enjoyment they feel in real cigarettes. Quitting is probably the greatest single step you can take to improve your health. Good luck.
