Visual vertigo: If you are looking at articles in a row in a store, you may have visual vertigo which is a central (brain) issue. You may optiko-kinetic nystagmus which is similar and caused by looking at rows of articles in a store. You need to see an ENT doctor or a neurologist for a specific diagnosis and treatment.
