Need clarification: AGT is not a liver enzyme. GGT is, so as ALT or AST. However a value of 837 is high, too high to be benign. It is unlikely to be related to alcohol use, although 7 drinks a week for a female maybe excessive. You need to see a liver specialist, a hepatologist, for input, since you may need additional testing to rule out other causes, such as primary biliary cirrhosis, autoimmune hepatitis, etc.
