My baby has a strawberry hemangioma on his shoulder. do we have to worry about it getting damaged or scraped up?

Unusual: Even in this location it is not likely to cause any problems. I would not reccommend any particular treatment as it will slowly decrease in size over the subsequent years and probably disappear completely as most do.
