Study pain: The way you describe the pain will make it unlikely to be of cardiac origin. The pain pattern is critical in understanding the cause for your pain. What makes it better, what makes it worse? Any rash? If you press on that area, does it make it worse? Most likely is musculoskeletal, but other possibilities are to be considered. Did you talk to your physician about it?
