Relax and repeat.: There is no way to tell if you are pregnant unless you repeat the test. OTC or home pregnancy tests vary. HCG, the pregnancy hormone, rises daily in the initial periods of pregnancy. This is what is monitored with the pregnancy test. Wait a few days and repeat the test. If it is positive then you are pregnant, if it is negative, you may either wait and/or see your physician for blood test.
