20 min is fast: steroids are absorbed fast, but 20 minutes.... not sure what amount will be getting in under these conditions. http://xpil.medicines.org.uk/ViewPil.aspx?DocID=15059 is a form that won't come back out as easily. This is throwing a fair amount of a hormone into yourself. You'll want some guidance on that.
