Yes.: What color are your stools, how much Ibuprofen have you been taking daily? VIsit your primary doc asap in order for him to check whether you have blood in your stool or for further evaluation. Since you've been having diarrhea you must also be onthe verge of dehydration (unless you are replenishing your lost fluids). PS: your primary doctor may also check your stool for bacteria and/or parasites
