This sounds unusual. Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is usually taken for ADHD, and should be taken regularly, exactly as prescribed. It may produce dry mouth/lips. Dry mouth or lips may be more prone to chapping or the occasional crack. I'd go and have the sores you're describing looked at.
