Extremely rare: There are isolated individuals with immune deficiencies that have had repeated episodes.There is some question if kids who have them below 6 months of age can get them again. In your case i would accept your concern and say you have a better chance to hit the lottery than to get it again.Your prior illness provides antibodies that will protect you if you are exposed.

Chickenpox: The incubation period for development of chickenpox is 10 to 21 days after exposure (to chickenpox or shingles). Full recovery usually takes 7 to 10 days after the first symptoms of Chickenpox appear. Some may take a couple of weeks to recover.It usually doesn't recur.
