Pebble poo: Stool that is hard or hard to pass and daily abdominal pain often indicates mild constipation, even if you have daily bowel movements. They sound as though they are quite hard and possibly painful. Try drinking lots of water (2L/d), exercising as frequently as you can, and eating a diet high in fiber and see if that helps. Otherwise, discuss a bowel regimen (like senna each nite) with your doc.
