See an OB-GYN!: You say you are 4 weeks pregnant -- I assume you did a pregnancy test and found this out. Stop trying to feel your own cervix and uterus and see an OB-GYN doctor. Let them examine you and/or do the necessary tests to determine if you are still pregnant.
