Seasonal,allergies: Symptoms could include running nose, post nasal drip with cough and teary,and irritated eyes. If the allergy is severe enough he could also be wheezing

Runny nose, red eyes: Seasonal allergies in a 2 year old are not common but can include runny nose, congestion, watery red eyes, itchy eyes, pruritic rashes. Some children may have coughing, wheezing similar to asthma.
