Not certain: The ultrasound estimate is not accurate enough to pinpoint a specific day, it may be several days off. Also, sperm viability may be several days as well, so actual conception could be a few days after intercourse. CRL stands for crown-rump length, which is the length of the fetus. The estimated gestational age is based on the CRL.
