Causes of fatigue: There are numerous causes for chronic fatigue or feeling tired. They include abnormal cardiovascular, pulmonary, and endocrine systems (thyroid abnormality, diabetes, adrenal glands), sleep disorders (particularly restless leg syndrome, and sleep apnea), overweight, depression and obesity- just to name a few. You should see a doctor to screen out some of these reversible causes. Stay well
