Eustachian tube : The sensation of ear fullness and decreased hearing can be related to blockage of the eustachian tube (the tube that runs from your middle ear space to the back of your nose) or from fluid which has accumulated in the middle ear space. Decongestants can sometimes help, but occassionally nasal steroids or antibiotics are required.
